Carteora ("we", "us") helps you create and share digital postcards through www.carteora.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account data: If you register, we store your email and profile information through our authentication provider (Supabase).
• Postcard content: Names, messages, font choices, and optional custom images or videos you upload when creating a postcard.
• Usage data: We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand traffic and product usage.
• Support payments: If you support Carteora, crypto transaction details may be recorded as described on the Support page.

How we use information

• To create, store, and deliver postcard links to recipients
• To secure accounts and prevent abuse (including Cloudflare Turnstile on sign-in)
• To improve the service and measure audience interest
• To respond to support requests

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Postcard links are private by ID, but anyone with the link can view the postcard you created. We use service providers such as Supabase (hosting/database), Cloudflare (captcha), and Google (analytics).

Retention

Postcards and account data are kept while the service operates or until you request deletion, subject to technical and legal requirements.

Your choices

• You may use Carteora without an account for basic postcard creation.
• You can decline analytics cookies via the site banner.
